Here is a short summary of some of the most frequently asked questions and their answers.

ORDERS

What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods accepted are the following: Paypal, Credit Card (via Paypal), Bank Transfer and Western Union.

What should I do if I have problems placing my order?
If you have any problems placing your order, please email us rastilho@sapo.pt  . We're here to help!

Can I change my order after I have placed it?
If you have placed an order and haven’t completed checkout, you can delete the item out of your shopping cart by simply clicking on the box next to the item. If you have already checkout, please send us an email, indicating your order number and you want to change in your initial order.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
If you have completed your checkout and wish to cancel your order, please email us at rastilho@sapo.pt. Please note that you can only cancel an order prior to it being paid and shipped.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my order?
All orders are confirmed automatically in a matter of minutes! If you did not receive this confirmation via email, make sure you specified a correct e-mail address or check your spam box! Additionally, you will receive a personalized email of Rastilho in a maximum period of 48 hours with more information about the order status and shipping deadlines.

PAYMENTS

What is PayPal?
PayPal is an online payment service that you can use to buy things over the Internet securely, quickly and easily.
Secure: Your account or credit card details are kept safe by PayPal. This means they are not sent every time you buy something over the Internet.
Simple: You can pay with just two clicks because your bank account or credit card details are saved in your PayPal account instead of having to enter them every time you buy something.
Quick: The payment process with PayPal is really quick. This means that we can process and dispatch your order much quicker.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?
Rastilho ships worldwide orders. All our orders will be shipped from our warehouse based in Portugal, Europe.

What are your shipping rates?
You can find all our shipping rates adding products to our Shopping Basket. Then, select your country (if you don´t want sign in), the payment required and... voilà... then you can decide whether to place the order or not. Any questions, do not hesitate to contact us, we may have others shipping solutions.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When you place an order we will estimate the dispatch and delivery date depending on the availability of your products.
Once your payment has been processed, most orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, it takes 1-2 days to be delivered within Portugal, about 1 week to be delivered to other European countries and approximate 4 weeks for all countries outside of Europe.
All orders are shipped via Post, Airmail Track&Trace.
Max. 2 Kilos (for international customers). 
For Europe, over 2kilos, we can send large parcels at low rates via DHL, UPS, GLS or FedEx.

How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse an automated email is sent to your email address.

Where is my order?
Whenever possible, we send to all customers the tracking number of their orders, at time of shipment. If it was not available or if not received, please contact us. Remember that if the order is sent by Post, the Track & Trace is not as accurate as a Courier company like UPS or DHL.

MISCELLANEOUS

What is my username and password for the site?
If you are already a registered user on our webpage, please use the function “Forgot your password” on the login page. An automatic email will be send to your email address with a new password.
 You can also order without register but we strongly suggest you to open an account in Rastilho.com

How do I use discount codes & gift cards?
If you want to enter a discount code and/or a gift card code, please click on the items link in your shopping cart. After clicking, you will see a section on that page where you will be able to enter your discount code and/or gift card code.

Do you have a store?
No, unfortunately we don’t. We only sell online and in some concerts/festivals.
